Cheryl was born in Montreal in 1952. She has lived in England, Wales and the Channel Islands and now makes Ottawa her home.
Cheryl was involved in the visual arts for over 40 years as both a professional photographer and fine artist.
In 1985 after being hit head on by a drunk driver and being severely injured she could no longer continue work as a photographer and so turned fulltime to her painting passion.
Her endeavors in the arts along with painting have included instructing painting and assisting corporations with their art decisions.
After such a long career her paintings can be found all over the world. They are enjoyed for their strong color and Canadian landscape appeal.
"I wish you mostly to enjoy the paintings; hopefully the color and movement will stir something that appeals. For myself, my paintings are deeply spiritual, they are a celebration and a praise for this most beautiful of countries. I rejoice that I survived my accident and can produce these works for you pleasure"
